He has served and is currently serving as an external legal counsel for several entities and advised on the registration and filing of PE managers for a number of companies. Mr Xu provides corporate clients with a full range of legal services including legal risk prevention, early intervention, and litigation. In addition, Mr Xu has a joint Bachelor degrees in both engineering and law, proficient with intellectual property rights protection including trademark registration, patent application and copyright protection.
