创建于2002年，东方剑桥律师事务所是上海市司法局核准设立的合伙制律师事务所，由海外留学、进修人员，国内资深律师，具有法院等部门多年司法实践工作经验的律师，担任过公司高管，熟悉公司治理、公司合规、公司财税的律师组成。
