Established in 2002, Orient Cambridge Law Firm is a partnership law firm approved by the Shanghai Judicial Bureau. Our legal professionals are recruited from distinguished law schools and law firms in China and overseas and some have previously served as judges, government officials, company executives, accountants, and researchers. They have rich experience in corporate governance, foreign investment in China and financial regulations.
