Set up corporate or partnership RMB funds and offshore funds on behalf of clients.

Mainly include: fund structure design and optimization, governance structure construction, partnership system construction, fund operation compliance review, fund taxation policy, drafting of relevant legal documents for fund establishment, processing relevant approval and registration procedures, and offering practical advice on specific issues.

3. Financial Services

Provide legal services for securities companies, banks, insurance companies, fund management companies, guarantee companies, pawn companies, financial leasing companies, small loan companies, trust companies and other institutions.

Mainly include: financial enterprise establishment, change, market exit and liquidation; financial enterprise capital, debt, business and organizational reorganization; foreign equity participation in M&A of financial institutions; designing governance structures, drafting various business rules and internal control systems, etc.; general banking business, M&A loans, syndicated loan business, foreign-related guarantee business; providing legal services to overseas banks, derivative transactions, forex issues, financial compliance in China; legal services for non-performing asset auctions, including designing transaction structures, conducting due diligence on assets, drafting transaction documentation, and providing legal advice on asset disposal plans, etc.
