律师执业自1996年至今，曾任《房地产报》法苑版记者、编辑，上海市涉外经济法律咨询中心副主任、上海市律师协会基金研究会委员、中国国际商会浦东分会调解员。现任上海市法学会会员、国家发改委、财政部下属基金管理公司风控总监。为中国移动通信集团公司、绿地香港控股有限公司、上海嘉华房地产发展有限公司、上海恒实(集团)有限公司等大型企业提供法律服务。

Mr Wang has been frequently interviewed by Shanghai TV News in its Perspective program on legal issues, and he has authored books such as "Buy a House with A Lawyer", and has several successful cases published in the "Shanghai Court Case Collection".

Mr Wang specializes in construction and real estate, civil and commercial law, fund establishment and investment, corporate governance and restructuring, economic contracts and other legal services. He is also qualified to practice securities investment funds in China.
