carefully. A sound equity structure can not only maximize the incentive of stakeholders, clarify the rights and responsibilities among partners, reflect the contribution, interests and rights of each partner to the enterprise, but also help maintain the stability of the company and the project, and contribute to the long-term development of the enterprise.<\/p><p>\u6709\u9274\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u805a\u96c6\u4e86\u4e00\u7fa4\u5fd7\u540c\u9053\u5408\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u7cbe\u82f1\u54c1\u8336\u8bba\u9053\u7545\u8a00\u4eba\u751f\u611f\u609f\u7684\u9633\u5149\u9732\u53f0\u60a0\u95f2\u65f6\u5149\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u4ece\u9053\u5b66\u3001\u8d22\u7a0e\u3001\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e09\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\u5206\u4eab\u90a3\u4e9b\u9c9c\u4e3a\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u5206\u4eab\u65f6\u95f4<\/strong><\/p><p>2021\u5e744\u670828\u65e5\uff08\u5468\u4e09\uff0913:30
