Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. The two parties reached cooperation agreement on jointly promoting the internationalization of the \"Guangzhou Standard\" and planned to sign a memorandum in the near future. In addition, the two parties exchanged opinons on the joint promotion of multiple mediation mechanisms represented by \"mediation-arbitration\" and the promotion of the online cross-border commercial dispute resolution (ODR) platform.<\/p><p>Representatives attending this visit included: Wang Tianxi, Deputy Director of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission; Yuan Fang, Deputy Director of the Secretary Department; Wang Shijie, Assistant to the Business Director; Feng Yuyi, Business Director; and Ma Ting, Business Director.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Members of Swiss China Law Association attending the meeting included, Xiao Wanhua, Managing Partner of Shanghai Orient Cambridge Law Firm, Yan Penghe, Managing Partner of Beijing Zhong Yin Law Firm, Zhang Tianze, Committee Member of Swiss Chinese Law Association, Dong Huihua, Partner of Guangdong Lawsons Law Firm, Zhang Kehua, Jingtian &amp; Gongcheng Law Firm, Ms Xie Jiating, Guangdong Datong Law Firm lawyer and Zeng Fengchi, the consultant of the Association, participated in the visit.<\/span><\/p><p>Deputy Director Wang Tianxi introductd Guangzhong\u2019s unique \"Guangzhou Model\", \"Guangzhou Standard\" and Internet arbitration mechanism to the attendees. During the pandemic, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission adopted a remarkable Internet Arbitration model to achieve \"no meeting\" and \"no close of business\" in arbitration. The number of cases during this period has increased rapidly, and it has made excellent efforts to resolve domestic and foreign legal disputes during the pandemic. Meanwhile, the \"Guangzhou Model\" and \"Guangzhou Standard\" are new, special and valuable, providing extensive reference for more than 100 domestic arbitration institutions and arbitration institutions in more than 20 countries and regions in the world.<\/p><p>\u8096\u4e07\u534e\u5f8b\u5e08\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u7684\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u662f\u5e74\u8f7b\u3001\u516c\u76ca\u3001\u884c\u52a8\u529b\u5e76\u8054\u7ed3\u4e86\u6240\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u3001\u4e2d\u5916\u673a\u6784\u53ca\u76f8\u540c\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba \u3002 \u4ed6\u5f3a\u8c03\u5230\u8bbf\u5e7f\u4ef2\u540e\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u201c\u5e7f\u5dde\u6807\u51c6\u201d\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u4e86\u5e7f\u4ef2\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u5904\u3002\u5f20\u5929\u6cfd\u7406\u4e8b\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u745e\u4e2d\u6cd5\u534f\u53ca\u65e5\u5185\u74e6\u8c03\u89e3\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08GIDI\uff09\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5e76\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86GIDI\u5c06\u56fd\u9645\u8c03\u89e3\u88c1\u51b3\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u56fd\u5185\u5408\u610f\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u7684\u5b9e\u8df5\u3002\u4ed6\u4e5f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u745e\u4e2d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u534f\u4f1a\u76ee\u524d\u5f00\u5c55\u7684\u5168\u7403\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5176\u56fd\u9645\u4e13\u4e1a\u671f\u520a\u300a\u745e\u4e2d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8bc4\u8bba\u300b\u3001\u201cSCLA\u5f8b\u6240\u8054\u76df\u201d\u3001\u201cSCLA\u5168\u7403\u8bba\u575b\u201d\u4ee5\u53ca \u201cSCLA\u5b66\u8005\u9879\u76ee\u201d\u3002\u95eb\u9e4f\u548c\u5f8b\u5e08\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u745e\u4e2d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u534f\u4f1a\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e13\u4e1a\u7fa4\u4f53\uff0c\u5b83\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u7684\u5168\u7403\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u4e0e\u201c\u5e7f\u5dde\u6a21\u5f0f\u201d\u548c\u201c\u5e7f\u5dde\u6807\u51c6\u201d\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u4e0d\u8c0b\u800c\u5408\u3002\u8463\u8f89\u534e\u5f8b\u5e08\u8868\u793a\u4f1a\u66f4\u52a0\u79ef\u6781\u4fc3\u8fdb\u53cc\u65b9\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u5f20\u67ef\u534e\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\u4f1a\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6d89\u5916\u5de5\u4f5c\u9886\u57df\u66f4\u591a\u63a8\u5e7f\u4ef2\u7684\u201c\u5e7f\u5dde\u6a21\u5f0f\u201d\u3002<\/p><p>\u53cc\u65b9\u5c31\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u5408\u4f5c\u8fbe\u6210\u4e00\u81f4\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
